HLIS prides itself on offering a variety of sports within our school premises. From football and cricket to kabaddi and volleyball, our dedicated coaches impart the fundamentals, ensuring students are well-prepared for District, State, and National-level competitions.
Track and Field Prowess
Our focus extends beyond mainstream sports to track and field events. Specialized coaches train students in 50M, 100M, 400M, and relay races, instilling not only the basics but also the strategies essential for success on the track.
Indigenous Games and Martial Arts
HLIS values our cultural heritage and actively promotes indigenous games like kho-kho and kabaddi. Our coaches ensure students are well-versed in these traditional sports and represent the school in cluster games at the District and State levels.
Additionally, our participation in Karate Championships, guided by talented coaches, has resulted in numerous Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals across different age groups.
